How to Cross-List to Facebook Shop?

Step 1: Add Facebook as a Selling Channel

  1. Go to Channels in your dashboard

  2. Click Add a Target Marketplace

  3. Select Facebook

  4. Click Link Account


Step 2: Generate Your Product Feed

  1. Go to the Products page

  2. Click the Feeds tab

  3. Click Create Feed

This will generate a product feed for your Facebook Shop.


Step 3: Understand Your Product Feed

Your feed is automatically created and mapped to your source store.

Feed Structure:

  • Required Fields – Must be filled to list products

  • Optional Fields – Improve listing quality

  • Custom Fields – Used for customization or fixing issues

Step 4: Select Products & Save the Feed

  1. Click Choose Products

  2. Select products by:

    • All products

    • Filters

    • Manual selection

  3. Give your feed a name

  4. Click Create


Step 5: Copy Your Feed Link

  • Click the link icon to copy your product feed URL

You will use this link to connect your products to Facebook.


Step 6: Connect to Facebook Commerce Manager

  1. Go to Commerce Manager

  2. Open your Catalog (or create one)

  3. Click Data Sources

  4. Click Add New Feed

  5. Select Use a URL

  6. Paste your feed link

  7. Click Next


Step 7: Set Update Frequency

Choose how often Facebook checks your feed:

  • Hourly (recommended for frequent updates)

  • Daily

Click Next, then Save Feed and Upload


Step 8: Confirm Sync

Go to Data Sources and check the Last Update status.
