Step 1: Add Facebook as a Selling Channel
Go to Channels in your dashboard
Click Add a Target Marketplace
Select Facebook
Click Link Account
Step 2: Generate Your Product Feed
This will generate a product feed for your Facebook Shop.
Step 3: Understand Your Product Feed
Your feed is automatically created and mapped to your source store.
Feed Structure:
Required Fields β Must be filled to list products
Optional Fields β Improve listing quality
Custom Fields β Used for customization or fixing issues
π In most cases, the default setup works perfectly without changes.
Step 4: Select Products & Save the Feed
Click Choose Products
Select products by:
All products
Filters
Manual selection
Give your feed a name
Click Create
Step 5: Copy Your Feed Link
You will use this link to connect your products to Facebook.
Step 6: Connect to Facebook Commerce Manager
Log in to Facebook Business Manager
Go to Commerce Manager
Open your Catalog (or create one)
Click Data Sources
Click Add New Feed
Select Use a URL
Paste your feed link
Click Next
Step 7: Set Update Frequency
Choose how often Facebook checks your feed:
Hourly (recommended for frequent updates)
Daily
Click Next, then Save Feed and Upload
Step 8: Confirm Sync
Go to Data Sources and check the Last Update status.
β If it shows βAll Goodβ, your products are successfully synced
