You do not need to add Instagram Shop directly as a target store in ExportYourStore.
Instead, Instagram Shop works through Facebook (Meta) Commerce Manager.
How It Works
To list products on Instagram Shop:
Set up your shop in Facebook Commerce Manager
Connect your Instagram account to your shop
Connect Facebook as a target store in ExportYourStore
Export your products to Facebook Shop
Your listings will automatically sync to Instagram Shop
Step 1: Connect Instagram to Commerce Manager
Before you begin, make sure:
Your account is not already connected to another commerce account
You have admin permissions
You are an admin in the same Business Manager account
To connect:
Go to Commerce Manager
Select your shop
Click Settings
Go to Business Assets
Under Sales Channels, connect your
Facebook Page
Instagram account

Once your shop is connected:
Add Facebook as a target store in ExportYourStore
Complete the integration setup following this guide:
