Shipping profiles determine how shipping costs are applied to your listings.

  4. Enter your shipping details

  5. Save the profile

Important

If using calculated shipping, make sure your products have:

Step 2: Connect the Shipping Profile in ExportYourStore

  1. Go to Channels Page in ExportYourStore

  2. Click Settings under your Etsy store

  3. Select your shipping profile

πŸ“Œ If your shipping profile does not appear, you may need to refresh or manually reconnect it.

Step 3: Create a Return Policy on Etsy

A return policy is required before listing products on Etsy.

To create one:

  1. Open Settings > Policy Settings

  2. Click Create Policy

  3. Fill in your return details

  4. Save the policy

Once saved, it can be reused for future listings.

Step 4: Export Your Products

After setup is complete:

  1. Go to your Products page

  2. Select the products you want to list

  3. Click Export

You can also use Export with AI to automatically fix required values before listing.
