Why are my listings not importing?

ExportYourStore imports listings that are ready for syncing and exporting.

If some of your products are not appearing in ExportYourStore, the most common reason is that the listings do not meet the import requirements.

Listings That Import Automatically

Only listings that meet both conditions below will import automatically:

βœ” Listing is active
βœ” Inventory quantity is 1 or more

This allows the system to sync inventory correctly across connected marketplaces.

Listings That Will Not Import

The following listings cannot be imported:

  • Non-active listings

  • Listings with quantity set to 0

  • Listings without available inventory or non-tracked inventory

If a product does not meet these conditions, it will not appear in your dashboard.

Why This Requirement Exists

Importing only active listings with available stock helps ensure:

  • Accurate inventory sync

  • Correct product availability across marketplaces

  • Other marketplaces requires at least 1 quantity in stock to sync

  • Better protection against overselling

πŸ“Œ Products must be available for sale before they can be synced properly.

If Your Listings Still Do Not Appear

Check that:

  • The listing is active on your source marketplace

  • Quantity is greater than zero

  • Inventory is available

  • Your marketplace connection is active

For Shopify Source Stores

If you are using Shopify as your source store, some products may follow additional import conditions.
