After connecting your marketplace, ExportYourStore will automatically begin importing your listings.

What happens during import

During the import process, ExportYourStore will:

  • Scan your source of truth marketplace listings

  • Import available product data

Depending on the number of listings in your store, this process may take a few minutes to complete ⏳

Once the import is finished, your products will appear on our Products page where you can review and manage them before exporting.

Which listings can be imported

Only active listings with an inventory quantity of 1 or more will be imported automatically.

Listings that cannot be imported include:

  • Non-active listings

  • Listings with quantity set to 0

  • Listings without available inventory

This requirement helps ensure inventory synchronization works correctly across all connected stores πŸ”„

Why quantity is required

A quantity value is necessary because most marketplaces require at least 1 item in stock before a listing can be published or synchronized.

Keeping inventory above zero ensures:

  • Accurate stock syncing across all connected platforms

  • Successful exports to other marketplaces

  • Fewer listing errors during synchronization
