Why do I keep getting disconnected from the marketplace?

If your marketplace keeps disconnecting, it usually means your browser session, marketplace authorization, or extension connection needs to be refreshed.

This can affect importing, exporting, syncing, and listing updates until the connection is restored.


Common Reasons for Disconnection

Marketplace disconnections often happen because of:

  • Expired browser session

  • Outdated browser version

  • Extension not installed or disabled

  • Expired marketplace token

1. Clear Your Browser Cache
