Renewing your token ensures your store stays connected and your products continue syncing automatically.
Steps to Renew Your Marketplace Token
Go to the Channels page in your ExportYourStore dashboard.
Locate the sales channel that needs a token renewal.
Click RENEW TOKEN.
Authorize Access
A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to sign in to your store account.
Enter your credentials to log in.
This process re-authorizes ExportYourStore and re-grants access to your store.
β After completing this step, your store token will be renewed and your connection restored.
Important Notes
If you have multiple accounts on the same marketplace, make sure you are logged into the correct account when prompted in the pop-up window.
Renewing the token may temporarily pause syncing until authorization is complete.
