Depop connection works differently from other marketplaces. To keep the connection active, your Depop account must stay logged in on the same browser you use for ExportYourStore.
How to Refresh Your Depop Connection
Make sure you are logged in to your Depop account in another browser tab.
In ExportYourStore, renew your token from the Channels page.
Depop will send a magic link to your email address.
Open the email and click the magic link.
Complete 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) by entering the verification code sent to your phone.
After verification, your store will reconnect in ExportYourStore.
Important Tip
📌 To avoid frequent token expiration, keep your Depop account logged in on the same browser whenever possible.
