If your products are not syncing or updating on Facebook Commerce, it is usually related to your catalog data source settings or how Facebook processes updates.

Important Note

Only price and inventory are automatically synced.

Other fields such as:

  • Titles

  • Descriptions

  • Images

โ— Do NOT update automatically

To update these, you must:

  1. Re-import the products in ExportYourStore

  2. Wait for the next catalog sync (can take up to 2 hours)

Step 1: Check Your Data Source Settings

  1. Go to your Catalog

  2. Click Data Sources

  3. Select the ExportYourStore feed

  4. Click Settings

1. Set Data Source to โ€œReplaceโ€

Make sure your data source is set to:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Replace (NOT Update)

๐Ÿ“Œ If it is set to โ€œUpdate,โ€ change it to โ€œReplaceโ€ using the same feed URL.

2. Check Update Frequency

  1. Click the three dots (โ‹ฏ) next to your feed

  2. Click Edit

  3. Set:

  • Frequency: Hourly

  • Repeat: At least every 2 hours

๐Ÿ“Œ This ensures your catalog updates regularly.

Step 2: Re-Import and Wait for Sync

After confirming your settings:

  1. Re-import your products in ExportYourStore

  2. Wait for the next scheduled sync

If Your Settings Are Correct

If everything is configured properly but issues persist:

  1. Go to Catalog โ†’ Data Sources

  2. Click View Report on the latest upload

  3. Download the report

  4. Send it to our customer support team with details of your issue

๐Ÿ“Œ This helps identify any catalog or data errors.
