How to fix “Invalid values” error when Cross-Listing to Grailed?

Some Grailed categories require specific product information, such as:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Other required attributes

If these values are missing or invalid, you may see an “Invalid Values” error when exporting or syncing your products.


How to Fix

Option 1: Edit Manually

  1. Go to your Products page in ExportYourStore

  2. Click the Edit button on the product

  3. Fill in all required fields, such as Size, Color, and any other missing values

  4. Save or Save & Export the listing to Grailed


Option 2: Use Export with AI or Fix with AI

You can also let our AI tools automatically detect and fix missing or invalid values using Export with AI or Fix with AI.
