If you see a postal address error when exporting or syncing products to Grailed, it usually means the shipping information is missing or incomplete.
Go to Sync Settings in your ExportYourStore Products Page
Open Shipping Profiles for Grailed
Set up or update your shipping profile with accurate postal address and shipping details
Save your settings
Resync or re-export your listings
After completing these steps, the postal address error should be resolved, and your products will export correctly.
