ExportYourStore offers a simple and seamless sync process when using BigCommerce as either a source or target store.
BigCommerce as a Source Store
When using BigCommerce as your source:
Products will automatically import into ExportYourStore
Listings must be:
Active
Have a quantity of 1 or more in inventory
📌 Once imported, your products will be ready to sync and export to your connected marketplaces.
BigCommerce as a Target Store
When using BigCommerce as your target store:
Go to your Products page
Select the products you want to list
Click Export or Export with AI
Your products will then be listed on your BigCommerce store.
Fixing Sync Errors
If you encounter sync issues such as:
Invalid values
Missing values
Failed sync status
You can fix these by using Export with AI or Fix with AI which detects and corrects missing or invalid values.
