If your listings show Invalid Value, Sync Error, or Failed Sync Status when exporting to Whatnot, it is usually caused by incorrect sync settings or missing product information.

Common Causes

  • Incorrect listing type (Auction vs Buy It Now)

  • Offer settings not configured properly

  • Missing or invalid product values

  • Image or variation settings not properly set

Step 1: Check Your Whatnot Sync Settings

  1. Go to your Products page

  2. Open Sync Settings for Whatnot

  3. You can enable or disable Accept Offers. When enabled, it allows buyer to make offers on your Whatnot listings.

  4. You can also enable or disable Variation Images Sync

If enabled → variation listings will include multiple images

If disabled → only one main image will be used

  5. Review and configure other sync settings then click Save.

Make sure this matches how you want your listing to appear on Whatnot.

Step 2: Re-Export Your Listings

After updating your sync settings:

  1. Select your products

  2. Click Export

  3. Re-sync your listings to Whatnot

Step 3: Fix Invalid or Missing Values

If errors still appear, they may be caused by missing or incorrect product data.

You can fix these by using Export with AI or Fix with AI which detects and corrects missing or invalid values.

Summary

✔ Set correct listing type (Auction or Buy It Now)
✔ Configure offer and variation image settings
✔ Re-export your listings
✔ Use AI tools to fix remaining errors
