You can manage your subscription directly from the ExportYourStore dashboard if it was created on our website.
Steps for Website Subscriptions
Go to Billings in your ExportYourStore account
Find your current subscription plan or tier
Click Cancel bto stop your subscription
You can also upgrade or change your subscription plan from the same page.
Shopify Subscriptions
For subscriptions created via Shopify, billing works differently:
Cancel your subscription from ExportYourStore dashboard
Uninstall ExportYourStore app from Shopify to prevent automatic billing from Shopify’s system
This ensures that Shopify does not continue charging after cancellation.
