Use Title Rule to adjust product titles in bulk.
Go to your Products Page in your ExportYourStore dashboard.
Click the Rules button to open the Rules panel.
Inside the Rules panel, go to Appearance.
Select Title to access title update options.
From the dropdown menu, select the option that fits your needs:
Set Letter Appearance
Change the case of your product titles (e.g., uppercase, lowercase, or capitalize each word).
Append Text to the Start
Add text at the beginning of each product title.
Example: “Sale – ” before each title.
Append Text to the End
Add text at the end of each product title.
Example: “– Limited Edition” after each title.
Remove Specific Words
Delete unwanted words from all selected titles.
Example: remove the word “Sample” from product titles.
Replace Words
Replace specific words or phrases with new text.
Example: replace “Shirt” with “T-Shirt”.
Set To
Replace the entire title with a new fixed value for all selected listings.
Example: set all product titles to “Premium Product”.
Review your pricing settings to ensure they are correct and click Save Changes to apply the updates.
