ExportYourStore allows you to list your eBay products as Fixed Price, Auction, or With Best Offer. You can do this either individually or in bulk.
Option 1: Export Individually
Go to your Products page
Find the product you want to list
Click the Export button
From the dropdown, choose:
As Fixed Price
As Auction
With Best Offer
Your product will be exported to eBay with the selected listing type.
Option 2: Export in Bulk
Select multiple products (or all products) from the Products page
Click the Bulk Export button above the table
Choose from the same dropdown options:
As Fixed Price
As Auction
With Best Offer
This lets you quickly list multiple items on eBay using your preferred selling format.
Important Notes
When setting up auction listings, you can define a starting price—this is typically lower than your regular price to encourage bidding activity and increase buyer interest. Simply enter your desired starting bid price in the export modal window during listing.
You can also adjust the auction duration before confirming the export.
Auction products cannot be updated once listed.
If you're exporting in bulk and the product is already live as a fixed-price listing, it will be skipped.
For best results, adjust individual auction settings (duration, price) during export.
