The Orders Page gives you a centralized view of your orders across all connected marketplaces. It helps you review order activity, search for specific transactions, and export reports for record-keeping or business analysis.


What You Can See on the Orders Page

The Orders Page displays your order data across all connected stores, including:

  • Order ID

  • Marketplace

  • Product title

  • SKU

  • Order date

  • Quantity sold

  • Order value

This provides a quick overview of recent and historical orders without switching between marketplaces.


Filter Orders by Marketplace

You can filter orders by marketplace to focus on a specific store.

Use this when you want to:

  • Review orders from one marketplace only

  • Compare sales activity between stores

  • Check store-specific order trends

This makes it easier to manage orders when selling across multiple channels.


Filter by Custom Date Range

Use the date filter to review orders within a specific time period.

Examples

  • Daily sales review

  • Weekly reporting

  • Monthly order tracking

  • Custom reporting periods

This helps you analyze order performance for any selected date range.


Search Orders Quickly

The search bar allows you to locate specific orders using:

  • Order ID

  • SKU

  • Product title

This is useful when:

  • Looking for a specific customer order

  • Reviewing a product’s order history

  • Checking SKU performance

Search results update instantly for faster order review.


Download Order Reports as CSV

You can export your order data into a CSV file for external review or reporting.

How to download

  1. Open the Orders Page

  2. Apply filters if needed

  3. Click Download CSV

The exported file will include the visible order data based on your selected filters.

CSV reports help you:

  • Keep business records

  • Analyze order trends

  • Share reports with your team

  • Use data in spreadsheets or accounting tools

This is especially useful for regular reporting and reconciliation.
