You can manage delisting in two ways:
Automatically through Inventory Sync settings
Manually from Products Page
This allows you to decide whether listings should stay visible, become inactive, or be removed completely.
Automatic Delisting from Inventory Sync Settings
Inside Inventory Sync Settings, you can define what happens when the quantity reaches to 0 or no longer available on the source store.
Choose one of the following options depending on how you want listings handled.
1. Close Listings
Keeps the listing saved on the marketplace but hides it from buyers. You can reopen it later when stock returns.
2. Set Listing Quantity to 0
Keeps the listing visible but marks it as out of stock. Customers can still see it depending on the platform, but customers cannot buy it.
3. Delete Listings
Removes the listing completely from the marketplace. If you want to sell it again later, you must export the item again.
Manual Delisting from Products Page
You can manually remove listings at any time, either for a single product or multiple products in bulk.
This gives you full control over delisting products on the target marketplace. After delisting, the product status changes from Listed & Syncing to Ready.
Steps
Go to Products page
Select one or multiple listings
Click End & Delete Listings
Confirm the action by entering the displayed number.
The selected listings will be removed or updated based on the delist option you choose, and their status will change to Ready.
