ExportYourStore makes it easy to publish your products to connected marketplaces. Whether you're exporting a single product or hundreds at once, the new Export button provides a faster and more streamlined workflow with optional AI assistance when needed.
Before You Export
Before exporting your listings, make sure:
Your source and target stores are connected.
Your products have been imported into ExportYourStore.
Your listings are Ready for export.
Fixing these ensures your export goes smoothly.
Exporting a Single Listing
Go to the Products page.
Select the single product you want to export.
Click Export.
When exporting a single listing, ExportYourStore automatically validates your product before publishing.
If required information is missing, a validation window will appear where AI can automatically complete the missing marketplace-required fields.
If your listing is already complete, it will be exported immediately without any additional steps.
This helps reduce export errors while keeping the process quick and simple.
Exporting Multiple Listings (Bulk Export)
To export multiple products:
Go to the Products page.
Select multiple listings you want to export.
Click Export.
You'll then be able to choose one of two options:
1. Export without AI
Use this option when your listings are already complete and ready to publish.
Best for:
Fully prepared listings
Faster bulk publishing
Listings with no missing required values
2. Export with AI
Choose this option if you'd like AI to review your listings before exporting.
AI can help by:
Filling in missing required fields
Completing marketplace-specific attributes
Reducing export errors
Preparing listings for the requirements of your target marketplace
This option is especially useful when exporting large batches of products or listing on marketplaces with strict requirements.
Auto Export
If Auto Export is enabled in your Sync Settings, newly imported listings can be exported automatically according to your configured automation rules.
Depending on your settings, AI can also assist with completing required listing information automatically before publishing.

Helpful Tip: Export one or few listings first to test your setup before exporting large batches. This ensures everything is mapped correctly and reduces errors.
