How Fix with AI helps Validate and Correct Errors on your Listings

When working with your listings, ensuring that your product data meets the marketplace requirements is essential for successful publishing.

In the Listing Editor, you’ll find the Product Validation section. When you click on it, a fix popup will open.

From there, you can click the “Fix with AI” button and is designed to automatically validate and optimize your product data before listing.

What Happens When You Click “Fix with AI”?

Once triggered, the app:

  1. Validates Item Specifics Against connected Marketplace Requirements

    • Checks required and recommended item specifics based on the selected category.

    • Identifies missing, invalid, or incorrectly formatted values.

  2. Provides AI-Generated Suggested Values

    • Suggests relevant item specifics based on:

      • Product title

      • Description

      • Shipping policy

      • Item specific values

      • Existing attributes

      • Condition or other product value requirements

    • Recommends standardized values aligned with the Marketplace accepted formats (e.g., Size, Brand, Color, MPN, Material).

  3. Auto-Fixes Common Listing Issues

    • Maps custom attributes, conditions to the correct errors on item specific fields.

    • Fills in missing recommended specifics or required product fields where possible.

  4. Improves Listing Quality and Convenience in Syncing Listings

    • Increases compliance with category requirements.

    • Helps avoid listing errors or warnings during export.

By using Fix with AI feature, you reduce manual work while improving listing accuracy and performance.
