Option 1: Export with AI (Individual Listing)
You can use Export with AI on a single product directly from the listing view.
How to Use It
Open the product you want to export.
Click the Export with AI button.
A popup window will open here where you can find and click on Fix with AI button and it displays the following:
Missing required fields
Suggested attribute values
Corrections based on the target store requirements
Review the suggested values.
Confirm to proceed with export.
The AI will validate and fix required values before the product is exported to the target store.
Option 2: Bulk Export with AI
If you’re working with multiple listings, you can use Bulk Export with AI for faster processing.
How to Use It
Go to your Products page.
Select multiple listings.
Choose Bulk Export with AI.
Select your target store.
Confirm export.
Unlike individual exports, Bulk Export with AI does not open a review popup.
Instead, the system:
Automatically validates all selected listings
Fixes missing or invalid values using AI
Applies relevant store-specific formatting
Syncs the listings directly to the target store
This option is ideal when you want a fast, streamlined workflow without manual review.
Enable Automatic Export with AI (Sync Settings)
You can also enable automatic Export with AI from your Sync Settings.
When enabled, the system will:
Automatically validate listings
Apply AI fixes
Export products seamlessly
Sync listings without manual review
This is ideal for high-volume sellers who want a fully automated workflow.
How to Enable It
Go to Sync Settings.
Locate the Automatically export listings with AI.
Turn the feature ON.
Save your settings.
Once enabled, new listings will automatically be validated and exported using AI optimization.
