Before bulk cross-listing, make sure your listings are ready.
Check that products show Ready status.
If a listing is not ready, common issues may include:
Missing SKU
Category not mapped
Missing required item specifics
To cross-list in bulk, first go to Products Page then, choose the listings you want to cross-list and choose either Export or Export with AI.
Option A: Export
Click Export to cross-list selected products using standard export.
This is best for:
Fast bulk listing
Products already fully prepared
Listings with no missing required values
Once exported, selected products will move to Listed & Synced status.
Option B: Export with AI
Click Export with AI if you want AI assistance before publishing.
AI helps by:
Fixing missing required fields
Suggesting marketplace-required attributes
Correcting listing details for the target marketplace
Reducing export errors
This saves time because listings do not need manual fixing one by one.

Large product batches
Listings with incomplete data
Marketplaces with strict requirements

Export a few listings first before sending a large batch.
This helps confirm:
Categories are mapped correctly
Product details are complete
Marketplace settings are working properly

If you cross-list often, you can enable Auto-Export in Sync Settings.
