Change stock management settings in eBay
1) Go to My eBay -> Selling.
2) Click on the Account tab.
3) Select Site\Selling Preferences.
4) Check the Yes "Use the out-of-stock option" box.
5) Click the Apply button.
Change stock management settings in ExportYourStore
To change your stock management settings, go to Channels, and click Settings under your eBay account. Select the option you prefer:
Auto close the listings when the product is out-of-stock - this means that the product will be ended in eBay if it has been sold out in any of your syncing channels.
Set the quantity to zero when the product is out-of-stock - the listing will not be ended in eBay and customer will just see that there is nothing left of that particular product.
